About fifteen years ago I started connecting with Archangel Metatron.  He helps us activate our cosmic potential from an energy healing point of view, facilitating self-healing on a cosmic level. He also helps with shaping our lives.  I wasn’t sure what that meant. How do we relate to the universe, literally and metaphysically? Then a few months ago, I was reading an english translation of the Sefer Yetzirah, an ancient text that maps out the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and how it relates to angels, astrology, and the universe. FYI - this is an advanced post, or aha moment.  The Sefer Yetzirah speaks in metaphors; one of the things it mentioned was that when we speak of healing on a cosmic scale, we are healing the darkness in the collective unconscious, in order to release more  ligh t. I have been meaning to upload a meditation with Archangel Raziel for months and last night I finally got around to it! It was worth the wait - the angel of the stars always has a mystical surprise for us.  Archangel Raziel is the angel of astrology and mysticism. He is most often mentioned in kabbalistic texts. I learned to connect with him in the weekly meditations that I used to attend at my psychic school in London. At the time I was thinking about taking Kabbalah classes and in the meditations with Raziel, I kept seeing spheres of light. Some of the archangels resonate with different personality types; I've always had my mind on overdrive. It is one of the reasons why I got into meditation. The angel that can help us clear our mind and bring in a ray of sunlight is none other than Archangel Jophiel!  His yellow light filters through the mental Aura layer, where writer's block and other creativity blocks can be released or transmuted.  You can ask that he open your mind to other ways of thinking, which plays a big part in getting out of a rut. Years ago I signed up for a clairvoyance workshop with Sue Allen, who later founded the School of Intuition & Healing . The class was an  immersion in the spiritual world ; Sue taught us how to activate our  intuition so that we could sense the presence of angels, archangels and various teacher guides  - distinguishing one energy from another. Integrating Light & Shadow We tend to think of the archangels as fluffy and full of light - but this isn't always the case. Angels are messengers; their vibration changes depending on their role in the Universe. I tend to see them as misty vortexes of light with colors mixed in. I recently discovered a book called The Angel Bible , by Hazel Raven. It is lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an in-depth look at angels. It includes a meditation with Archangel Uriel, the GPS angel that helps us find our path and life purpose. The meditation guides us into our Soular (Soul Star)  Chakra where we unravel a scroll that tells us what our soul contract is - essentially, agreements made before coming to Earth.  In the meditation, I closed my eyes and pictured myself unraveling the scroll, much like a fortune cookie, only to find myself torching it instead.  The message was that we are free to do and be whatever we like (harming none) and to let go of the the belief that I couldn’t choose my future 👩🏻‍🎨  The next feeling was a gentle reminder that all belief systems are an attempt at explaining what we think is going on around us.
