I have been in Mexico for three weeks now, after almost two years abroad, and gosh it's been interesting. Apparently my body has lost touch with the ecosystem; my first week here I ate all the tacos and then regretted it LOL (Moctezuma isn't my friend). Today I had a fun surprise - my new tripod arrived! I recorded a chakra healing meditation with the angels to celebrate. In this meditation we focus on the manifesting chakras (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus) and on the Heart. These chakras give us presence and power in our daily lives. There have been so many times when I promised myself I'd livestream meditations on social media but never got around to it.
