Welcome! My name is Regina Chouza. I’m an Energy Healer, Angel Medium and author.
This intuitive adventure started in 2009 when I discovered a real-life psychic school - not quite Hogwartz, but as close as you’ll get. Curious but skeptical, I signed up for class. That was when I discovered energy healing, astrology and other fun topics.

Though energy healing and writing are my passions, it took me a while to get here. In my previous life as a brand manager, I had the chance to observe consumer psychology while working on fantastic brands at some of the world's largest companies. We humans tend to chase experiences or things because of what we think they will do for us. For example give happiness, security, love, belonging, etc. While there is nothing wrong with treating yourself, we can also bring those abstract qualities and that satisfaction into our lives with simple Energy Healing meditations.

Regina, do you have any further information on how I can get a Plug and Plant system? The Kickstarter campaign has been cancelled. I am really interested in this type of system as I live in a city with no access to an outdoor garden.
