About the Author
Welcome! My name is Regina Chouza. I’m an Energy Healer, astrologer and author.
This adventure started in 2009 after a series of coincidences led me to a real-life psychic school. Curious but skeptical, I signed up for class. That was when I discovered energy healing, astrology and other topics. I’ve been exploring my intuition ever since, starting this blog in September 2010.

Though energy healing and writing are my passions, it took me a while to get here. In my previous life as a brand manager, I had the chance to observe consumer psychology while working on fantastic brands at some of the world's largest companies. I was lucky to work at two wonderful (and in my experience, ethical) multinational organizations. I loved both of those corporate jobs.
But still, it is obvious that many people chase experiences, and things, because of what we think they will do for us. For example give happiness, security, love, belonging, etc. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself (I'm all for that), but we can also bring those abstract qualities and that satisfaction into our lives with simple Energy Healing meditations. Self love and empowerment go a long way.
