How to Be Your Full Self

Welcome! My name is Regina. I’m an energy healer and intuition blogger. Both of these have helped me tremendously.

The point of energy healing is to lovingly release our fears and insecurities so that we can be our bold, beautiful selves in daily life - without so many hiccups! Our intuition guides the way, telling us what needs to be healed, released and transformed ✨✨

I’ve been blogging about this for twelve years now! If you're new to Diary of a Psychic Healer, please start with the posts from my student days. I am also available for online sessions, or better yet, read my books and learn to channel energy healing yourself. It's a skill that we can all develop.

Check out the Menu Bar for closer look at astrology, crystals, manifesting and emotional support. See you on the links below; I have a series of energy healing meditations waiting for you on Insta 😉

If you're really into spirituality, have a look at my blog on your computer and search for the topic of your choice. More than 550 posts on angels, chakras, astrology, intuition, past lives, healing & more! I am taking a break leave from blogging.

See you on social media!

Does sharing have to be selfless or painful?

One of the things that I have had to let go of is the idea that if we help someone, it has to be 100% altruistic - in order for the action to be good. I don’t know if this is an idea that I adopted in childhood seeing others hold up selflessness as good - “give till it hurts” etc. The world would be a much better place if we knew that it is always in our benefit to help others. We always get something in return, directly or indirectly 💛 🫶🏻 Research shows that kindness makes for a much healthier society. I read a book last year called Shadow, Self & Spirit on transpersonal (or collective) psychology. There was a chapter on the psychology of evil and violence. People are less likely to harm others if they experience some form of compassion in their lives, or if they believe that someone cares about them - even if it’s a public figure, a politician, a celeb, or a deity like Quan Yin. Or better yet, family members, friends, and strangers. Random acts...

My 1st Psychic Development Class - 10 Years Ago!

In January of 2010, I signed up for my first clairvoyance workshop. Feeling curious but skeptical - would I be able to do any of the activities in the class description???    That skepticism disappeared by lunchtime when we finished the first exercise. The teacher put us in pairs and guided us through a meditation where we each visited the place where the other student lived.   We began by activating our Aura, and through it, our intuition .  The teacher then asked a series of questions: do they live in a city, what do you see in the street, how far from the neighbors, what color is the building, do you walk right through the front door into their home or is it a journey? The questions continued - how many bedrooms, how are they decorated, what is in the fridge, what is the view like? How many people live there? Do they have pets? What type of music do they listen to, etc.  When we came out of the meditation, the teacher told us to describe what...

Is Manifesting for Real?

A while ago I wrote a post asking if spirit guides are real - pointing out that we have to challenge our beliefs, and also how we interpret what happens to us. Let's not get stuck in an idea or a worldview.  So today I'm going to take this approach to manifesting - is it for real? I don't think manifesting is for real, nor should it be the main focus in our lives. And honestly, I say this despite evidence to the contrary in my own life, i.e. things that I've manifested.   My issue with manifesting is that it's focused on ourselves, and what we can get in the material world. Personally, I've had good results applying conventional methods to get ahead - with help from my angels and guides. But still, it took drive and ambition to find a good corporate job in London, years ago. That and focusing on my personal competencies, and on the soft skills that were needed. Putting myself out there, networking, knocking on doors. Real world activities. And luck, that is a...
