Welcome! My name is Regina Chouza. I’m an Energy Healer, Angel Medium and author.
This adventure started in 2009 after a series of coincidences led me to a real-life psychic school. Curious but skeptical, I signed up for class. That was when I discovered energy healing, astrology and other topics. I’ve been exploring my intuition ever since, starting this blog in September 2010.

Though energy healing and writing are my passions, it took me a while to get here. In my previous life as a brand manager, I had the chance to observe consumer psychology while working on fantastic brands at some of the world's largest companies. I was lucky to work at two wonderful (and ethical) organizations. But still, it is obvious that we humans chase experiences, and things, because of what we think they will do for us. For example give happiness, security, love, belonging, etc. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself, but we can bring those abstract qualities and that satisfaction into our lives with simple Energy Healing meditations.
