How To Channel Crystalline Energy

The holidays are right around the corner and many of us are looking for gifts - below you will find a gem! One of my favorite things in the world are crystals and while I would love to have them all, that wouldn't be practical for obvious reasons.

If a stone is hard to come by, we can channel its essence in energy meditations. I do this in most if not all energy healing sessions. My healing tutors suggested it - crystals were especially pricey London.

How To Channel Crystal Energy

  • Sit or stand with your feet on the floor and visualize pink or violet light around your body. Take a few deep breaths as that light shields your Aura.
  • Visualize tree roots going out of the bottom of your feet, into the ground. Feel those roots cutting through layers of dirt, rock and moisture as they go down into the Earth. Take a few deep breaths and let your intuition guide you.
  • Your grounding roots wrap around a crystal at the center of the Earth - let your intuition bring it to life. With every breath you take, the crystal grows brighter.
  • Draw that crystalline energy up your roots, through your Earth Star Chakra under your feet, through your legs. It goes up your abdomen to your Heart Chakra. Sit with this and let that crystal energy rinse your mind and body.
  • Release excess energy into the ground and clear yourself with a shower of white light. Bring in your Aura so that it sits an arms length around your body.
  • Keep your grounding roots in place, surround yourself with violet light and go about your day!

In energy healing sessions, we go through a process of drawing up earth energy, attuning to Divine Light and then shielding ourselves and the client before beginning the healing session. With time this activates our sensibility, so that we perceive the flow of energy in the body and Aura. If you would like to know more, the steps to awaken your Inner Healer are in both of my books.

We can then run Earth and Sky energies through the Chakra system, focusing on the Root Chakra to give us stronger foundations, the Sacral Chakra for emotional release and the Solar Plexus to boost our confidence. The Heart Chakra is about self-love and compassion. The upper Chakras will also need healing and we can move onto the Throat, Brow and Crown Chakras in future sessions. By working on the lower Chakras first, we strengthen our energetic vibration.

Choosing Your Crystals

There are hundreds of crystals to choose from and countless books explaining their qualities, but my biggest find so far may be a set of crystal meditation cards. If you are still shopping for gifts, I can't recommend it enough. The Crystal Deck has 50 cards with stunning photos on the front and descriptions on the back; I got it at the cute yellow bookstore next to Notting Hill Gate Station. I like to look through the deck and meditate on the crystals I am drawn to, whether it is the color or the theme that grabbed my attention.

We can also close our eyes and choose one at random, relying on the law of attraction. The results may surprise you - just this week we had an interactive reading on Facebook and I was surprised by the messages. To participate, choose a number from 1 to 7 and click here

Both of my books go through the energy healing process in detail; Chakra Healing & Magick includes a section on crystals and how to connect with themVisit the Bookstore HERE to get your copy and feel free to reach out on social media with any questions 💕

Does sharing have to be selfless or painful?

One of the things that I have had to let go of is the idea that if we help someone, it has to be 100% altruistic - in order for the action to be good. I don’t know if this is an idea that I adopted in childhood seeing others hold up selflessness as good - “give till it hurts” etc. The world would be a much better place if we knew that it is always in our benefit to help others. We always get something in return, directly or indirectly 💛 🫶🏻 Research shows that kindness makes for a much healthier society. I read a book last year called Shadow, Self & Spirit on transpersonal (or collective) psychology. There was a chapter on the psychology of evil and violence. People are less likely to harm others if they experience some form of compassion in their lives, or if they believe that someone cares about them - even if it’s a public figure, a politician, a celeb, or a deity like Quan Yin. Or better yet, family members, friends, and strangers. Random acts...

My 1st Psychic Development Class - 10 Years Ago!

In January of 2010, I signed up for my first clairvoyance workshop. Feeling curious but skeptical - would I be able to do any of the activities in the class description???    That skepticism disappeared by lunchtime when we finished the first exercise. The teacher put us in pairs and guided us through a meditation where we each visited the place where the other student lived.   We began by activating our Aura, and through it, our intuition .  The teacher then asked a series of questions: do they live in a city, what do you see in the street, how far from the neighbors, what color is the building, do you walk right through the front door into their home or is it a journey? The questions continued - how many bedrooms, how are they decorated, what is in the fridge, what is the view like? How many people live there? Do they have pets? What type of music do they listen to, etc.  When we came out of the meditation, the teacher told us to describe what...

Is Manifesting for Real?

A while ago I wrote a post asking if spirit guides are real - pointing out that we have to challenge our beliefs, and also how we interpret what happens to us. Let's not get stuck in an idea or a worldview.  So today I'm going to take this approach to manifesting - is it for real? I don't think manifesting is for real, nor should it be the main focus in our lives. And honestly, I say this despite evidence to the contrary in my own life, i.e. things that I've manifested.   My issue with manifesting is that it's focused on ourselves, and what we can get in the material world. Personally, I've had good results applying conventional methods to get ahead - with help from my angels and guides. But still, it took drive and ambition to find a good corporate job in London, years ago. That and focusing on my personal competencies, and on the soft skills that were needed. Putting myself out there, networking, knocking on doors. Real world activities. And luck, that is a...
