Crystals

Crystals have been a huge source of inspiration and healing for millenia. My approach to crystals is loosely based on the angel intuition classes that I took at The College of Psychic Studies in London - working with crystals for intuitive healing, meditative and journaling prompts.

These beautiful stones also add oomph to energy healing sessions, whether we place them on our chakras or hold one in our hands while we meditate. Scroll down for introductory posts and when you are ready - my latest book guides us through the process of awakening our Inner Healer.

Here is a selection of crystal-themed posts to get you started:

Chakra Healing & Magick 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Chakra healing is its own kind of magick - quite literally - as clearing, balancing and healing these energy centers will bring more love, abundance, and happiness into our lives – but also in a figurative sense, as the creative tools in this book take us on a magical journey of self-discovery. One where we discover our true spiritual power, becoming catalysts for change, personal growth, and happiness in our lives. Please join me on this adventure!

We explore basics such as grounding, clearing and preparing yourself for energy work before moving onto psychic abilities, creative healing tools, and an overview of crystal magick 💗

Update: As of May 2020 I am also a Certified Crystal Healer with Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy. Stay tuned! I'll continue sharing experiences with crystals and meditations to connect with them.

Reiki hugs,

Regina
