Meditation is one of my favourite self-healing tools. By sitting in quiet contemplation, we tune into our body, listen to its messages and release them with love. Meditation and prayer are also wonderful ways to awaken our healing abilities. The following are some of my favorite Youtube meditations, and a song that I happen to love. Listening to music is another way to meditate and self-heal (see here). Sit back, take a few deep breaths and listen peacefully. Enjoy!
