Books

Hello! My name is Regina Chouza. I'm an energy healer, angel medium and blogger. My books are on energy healing and intuition - read the one you’re drawn to first and get started. Chakra Healing & Magick is meant to be both thorough and enjoyable!

Chakra Healing & Magick

Chakra healing is its own kind of magick - literally and figuratively. By clearing and strengthening our energy centers, we create space for more love, abundance, emotional balance, and joy to flow into our lives.

This book is not a passive read. It is a practice-based guide designed to be worked through slowly, with hands-on exercises, reflection prompts, and intuitive techniques woven throughout. The work invites deep self-discovery, emotional awareness, and energetic alignment — especially for intuitive, empathic, and sensitive readers.

Drawing from years of lived experience and observation, the book explores themes including energy healing, the seven main chakras, angels, psychic abilities, emotional awareness, and crystal magick, offering creative techniques you can return to again and again.

Best experienced as a companion on your healing journey — whether you’re journaling at home or grounding outdoors in nature.

Chakra Healing and Magick Book
A Personal Guide to Self-Healing, Cancer & Love

“It is human nature to ask ‘Why did this happen to me?’

Though there may be medical explanations for illnesses, a scientific answer will not help us make sense of the pain and suffering that comes with these experiences."

This book provides a fresh perspective on the challenges faced when we or someone we love is diagnosed with cancer. We often start by asking why it happened and what it means. Inevitably our biology, lifestyle habits and emotional wellbeing all play a part. For holistic healing to occur, we need to make changes on many levels.

The book goes on to explore Energy Healing as a friendly booster for tired souls, equipping the reader with simple tools that can be used daily to facilitate their personal healing journey. The pages turn quickly, infused with love, courage and optimism.

The techniques in this book are complementary to medical care, not alternative. Self-healing here refers to spiritual, emotional, and energetic practices to support well-being; it is not a cancer treatment.

Does sharing have to be selfless or painful?

One of the things that I have had to let go of is the idea that if we help someone, it has to be 100% altruistic - in order for the action to be good. I don’t know if this is an idea that I adopted in childhood seeing others hold up selflessness as good - “give till it hurts” etc. The world would be a much better place if we knew that it is always in our benefit to help others. We always get something in return, directly or indirectly 💛 🫶🏻 Research shows that kindness makes for a much healthier society. I read a book last year called Shadow, Self & Spirit on transpersonal (or collective) psychology. There was a chapter on the psychology of evil and violence. People are less likely to harm others if they experience some form of compassion in their lives, or if they believe that someone cares about them - even if it’s a public figure, a politician, a celeb, or a deity like Quan Yin. Or better yet, family members, friends, and strangers. Random acts...

Is Manifesting for Real?

A while ago I wrote a post asking if spirit guides are real - pointing out that we have to challenge our beliefs, and also how we interpret what happens to us. Let's not get stuck in an idea or a worldview.  So today I'm going to take this approach to manifesting - is it for real? I don't think manifesting is for real, nor should it be the main focus in our lives. And honestly, I say this despite evidence to the contrary in my own life, i.e. things that I've manifested.   My issue with manifesting is that it's focused on ourselves, and what we can get in the material world. Personally, I've had good results applying conventional methods to get ahead - with help from my angels and guides. But still, it took drive and ambition to find a good corporate job in London, years ago. That and focusing on my personal competencies, and on the soft skills that were needed. Putting myself out there, networking, knocking on doors. Real world activities. And luck, that is a...

Vibrational Medicine by Dr Richard Gerber (Book Review)

People often ask if energy healing depends on the belief of the client - the placebo effect is real .  And while we   can  harness it by working through feelings and beliefs  that may undermine the healing process,   when I worked in  consumer  healthcare, research was  expected to outperform the placebo.   This is why I was happy to find a  book called  Vibrational Medicine,  by Dr Richard Gerber. It goes  through research done in labs and clinical settings. The book is a brick: 500 pages and almost too technical, but worth reading as an energy healer.   Below you will find highlights from Chapter 8 on Psychic Healing. Please note ,  Energy Healing is complementary to medical care, not alternative.   Dr. Gerber uses the term  'Psychic Healing'  throughout the book; however, in my own practice, I refer to these concepts as  'Energy Healing' based on my studies .
