Stress Relief 101: Grounding and Clearing

If there is one thing I have learned as a Healer, it is the value of learning to ground, clear and shield our personal energy. By clearing the Aura we release other people's thoughts, feelings and emotions from the mind and body. Grounding then keeps us from being shaken up in the first place - and it is as simple as closing your eyes, breathing slowly and visualizing an oak tree. 

Nowadays a lot of that topsy-turvy energy finds its way to us through social media and the internet. With everything that has been going on, a lot of us have been feeling overwhelmed.
